At We Care CPR, we want the enrollment process to be clear and fair. Please review our refund policy below before registering for a class. If you have any questions, contact us at info@wecarecpr.com or 507-315-4440.
In-Person Courses
If you are enrolled in an in-person course, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled class date to receive a full refund.
Please note: any credit card processing fees associated with enrolling online are not refundable. These fees are charged by the payment processor and are outside of our control.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours
If you are unable to cancel before the 72-hour window, you will not receive a refund. However, you may reschedule into a different scheduled class for an additional $25 enrollment fee.
Blended Learning Courses
Blended learning courses include an online course link that is assigned to you at the time of purchase. Once the online link has been purchased and assigned, it cannot be returned and is non-refundable. For this reason, blended learning course enrollments are not eligible for a full refund.
