Understanding The Certified Nursing Program
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
We Care CPR & More – Description of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program
We Care CPR & More also offers a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, in addition to our exemplary BLS, ACLS and First Aid classes, our CNA Program provides students with great learning experiences from licensed registered nurses to ensure the best hands-on and core curriculum environments. Our CNA program meets or exceeds the standards set by the federal and state governing bodies.
CNA graduates of our program will be eligible to take the State of Minnesota CNA competency examination. Once the State examination is completed, the CNA graduate will be listed on the State’s Nurse Aide Registry. The State of Minnesota CNA competency examination includes both a written test and a skills evaluation. By testing through these methods, it ensures the graduate understands the CNA program content and that the graduate can safely perform necessary skills as a certified nurse assistant.
The We Care CPR & More Certified Nursing Assistant Training course includes several sections. Students must pass all sections of the training to be eligible to graduate. The program includes a total of 75 hours using learning methods of online content, in-person skills and clinical session at a facility.
